Air India is sending a ferry flight to Russia, after emergency landing, will take the stranded pengers to America. Air India has sent a new aircraft to bring back 216 pengers and 16 crew members stranded in Magadan, Russia. Air India flight AI173 developed a ‘technical problem’ with one of the engines and was forced to land in a remote Russian city. The replacement aircraft had taken off from Mumbai and is carrying food and other essential items. It is expected to arrive at Magadan airport at 6.30 am (local time).
