The rapper Puff Daddy (Sean Combs) is accused of and repeated physical violence over nearly a decade by his former partner, R&B singer Cie. In the complaint filed in Manhattan federal district court, and viewed Thursday by the New York Times , Casandra Ventura (Cie) accuses the 54-year-old of setting up a system of control and abuse that included drugging, beating and forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed the meetings. She also claims to have been by the rapper in 2018.
“Offensive and scandalous allegations”
“I am finally ready to tell my story and speak for myself and other women facing violence and abuse in their relationships“, she said in a press release. In response, Sean Combs denied “vehemently these offensive and scandalous allegations.»And specifies having been “subjected to Madame Ventura’s persistent demand for $30 million, under threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally dismissed as blatant blackmail.» According to her lawyer, Cie has “recourse to legal action riddled with unfounded and scandalous lies, aimed at obtaining a salary.»
