New information continues to emerge about Jeffrey Epstein, who is friends with well-known names such as Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew in the USA, and committed suicide in prison in 2019.
The Wall Street Journal, one of the respected newspapers of the USA, published the confidential correspondence of Epstein, who was accused of crimes such as human trafficking, prostitution and abuse. The documents revealed that Epstein threatened Bill Gates, one of the co-founders of Microsoft and known as one of the richest people in the world. It is stated in the correspondence that Gates, who was married at that time, had an affair with a Russian bridge player.
Mila Antonova shared a photo taken with Gates in a presentation she made in the past and said that the two came together because of her “pion for bridge”.
In an e-mail he sent in 2017, Epstein threatened Gates, who was not involved in his ociation’s initiative, to disclose his relationship with a woman named Mila Antonova. Sources close to Epstein also confirmed this claim.
Explaining that one of his favorite games is bridge, Gates met Antonova in 2010 and the duo competed together in the tournament at that time. Antonova later moved to San Francisco and started working as a software engineer.
Gates said he regretted meeting Epstein.
Antonova said that she and Gates were just friends at that time and posted a video in 2010 showing a photo of her with Gates. The documents state that Epstein met Antonova when she was looking for a fundraiser for her bridge academy, and that Epstein later paid for the software coding school as well.
Gates, 67, said he regretted having had a series of meetings with Epstein earlier.
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Antonova said: “I didn’t know who Epstein really was when I met him. I knew him as a successful business person who just wanted to help. I abhor Epstein and what he did.”
