Bundesliga: Freiburg win against Wolfsburg


Thanks to Christian Günter and Nils Petersen coming into play, Freiburg won Friday night at home against Wolfsburg 2-0 and maintains the hope of qualifying for the group stage of the next Champions League.

Before the last day of the Bundesliga, Freiburg remain fifth but are tied with Union Berlin on 59 points, and one point behind RB Leipzig (60), putting pressure on these two teams who play their match of the 33rd day Saturday afternoon.

The Berliners travel to Hoffenheim (3.30 p.m.), in the fight to maintain it, while Leipzig travel to Bavaria to face Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena in the early evening (6.30 p.m.).
