*As for the members of the board of directors, in accordance with Article 394 of the Turkish Commercial Code, titled ‘financial rights of the members of the board of directors’, ‘the members of the board of directors may be paid attendance fee, salary, bonus, premium and a share of the annual profit, provided that the amount is determined by the articles of association or the decision of the general assembly’. In accordance with the provision, attendance fee is paid in accordance with the work they do and the responsibilities they take.
