Worldline employees readily acknowledge this: “strike culture” is not in their “DNA”. But in this CAC 40 company as elsewhere, inflation has awakened collective mobilization. In June, it is the common rejection of a profit-sharing agreement judged “incoherent” who welded the inter-union. Today, management is proposing a “value-sharing bonus” from 1,600 to 2,000 euros, which it conditions on the improvement of the group’s margin.
