Double blow for Everial, a specialist in paper archiving which is making a shift in document management and software publishing. This family company from the Rhône, founded by Michel Garcia in 1989 and chaired by his son Lionel, has just acquired two colleagues: one in Quebec, Tact, which opens up the North American market; the other in France, the Var Numexo, present among SMEs. The amount of the transactions remains confidential, and Everial is leading this external growth with its own funds.

Tact, which employs 80 people in Montreal, has a large client portfolio with Canadian public services in health, education and finance. Everial wants to rely on this subsidiary to deploy all of its businesses: archiving of course, but also digital and software management, including in the private sector, “first in Canada, then in the United States”, hopes Lionel Garcia, already present in Switzerland, Spain, Monaco and Mauritius.
