French fighter Benoît Saint-Denis will return to the octagon on July 1

NEWS THE FIGARO- The lightweight trained by Daniel Woirin and former commando will fight in Las Vegas. The name of the opponent is not yet announced.

It was his trainer Daniel Woirin who entrusted the announcement of this highly anticipated fight to the Figaro, during Bellator Paris where one of his other fighters, Romain Debienne, had just won on TKO. Benoît Saint-Denis’ previous fight, scheduled for February 18, was canceled due to injury, following a ligament damaged in the ankle during training.

This next fight will therefore take place during theUFC fight night: Sean Strickland vs Abus Magomedov at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The name of his opponent has not yet been revealed. A place whose octagon is renowned for its small size, and that “BSD” already knows for having won there by submission (rear choke) against the German Niklas Stolze on June 4, 2022.
