A GOVBRa company that seeks technological solutions for public management, grew 16% in revenue in the first four months of the year in Rio Grande do Sul, compared to the same period in 2022. The company attributes the good results to the process of digital transformation in municipal public services.
The company expanded its services to the city of Bom Retiro do Sul, in Vale do Taquari, and expanded the provision of solutions in the 46 municipalities it already serves, including istance in city halls, chambers and other municipal bodies.
Among the solutions adopted by the municipalities are the Cloud Systemdeveloped in partnership with the amazon and adopted by 18 locations, in addition to the Digital Processimplemented in another 13, which reduces paper printing costs and streamlines customer service.
The tool aimed at education It is used in ten municipalities and aims to optimize school management and provide a more efficient relationship between the municipality, the Department of Education, schools, teachers, parents and students. Another solution adopted by seven locations is the tool focused on healthwhich provides citizens with 100% digital istance.
GOVBR points out that, in addition to the digital transformation, another factor that contributes to the company’s growth is the adaptation of municipalities to the Single and Integrated System of Budget Execution, Financial Administration and Control (SIAFIC). Created by the Federal Government through Decree No. 10,540, of November 5, 2020, SIAFIC seeks to ensure the transparency of all federative entities.
