During the raid, in which teams from the Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry also participated, it was determined that milk and dairy products were being produced under the counter in an unlicensed workplace. During the inspection, cheese and clotted cream were found to be under construction and ready to be put on the market. Some products produced in unhealthy conditions, without complying with hygiene rules, were found on the ground.

200 KG OF CHEESE, 10 KG OF CREAM

As a result of the inspections, 200 kilos of cheese and 10 kilos of cream collected by the municipal cleaning teams were confiscated for destruction, while the owner of the business was fined 1,295 TL by the municipality and 18,000 TL by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, for a total of 19,295 TL. penalty was imposed.
