According to the information received, Nazım Kahraman (35), who started arguing with a person ping by while walking on Millet Street in Millet District for an unknown reason, was seriously injured with a knife in the incident that turned into a fight.
Kahraman, who was injured, ran and took shelter in a coffee house on 2nd Vatan Street, where he collapsed.
Medical teams came to the scene upon the notice of the citizens and took Kahraman to Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital after the first aid.
The police, who examined the surrounding security camera footage, started an operation to catch the suspect.
In the footage, it is seen that Kahraman and the person ping by him had an argument while walking on the sidewalk, and the incident quickly turned into a fight.
The image reflected on the camera in the cafeteria shows Kahraman running in, throwing a chair at the suspicious person, then collapsing on the ground and the citizens’ efforts to help. (AA)
