The situation is not yet critical, but it could become so. While digital transformation is on the agenda of all companies, the French training system is struggling to keep pace. According to its figures, 85,000 job offers on the “core” digital professions are today unfilledout of the 945,000 jobs recorded in this sector. “It’s even 700,000 unfilled offers at European level.
