The Basque notably confided in the columns of Nice morning that he could see himself, one day, taking over a club. “Yes, from the moment I did it. But I don’t ask myself that question today. I don’t know what tomorrow or the day after tomorrow will bring. I have a great privilege, it is to have the freedom to choose”declared the 55-year-old technician.

The former coach of Olympique de Marseille, Juventus Turin and even AS Monaco, also mentioned the possibility of ending his coaching career. “Stopping, is that a possibility? It will happen at some point. I know that I have a very desirable position, that’s normal, it’s a high level. If I have less pion, desire, determination, I will not continue to continue. Even more so for what this blue-white-red jersey represents for me. I consider him professionally, above all else.
