How was the game
The confrontation started open and balanced in Beira-Rio, with Inter taking danger first, in a strong shot from distance by Maurício, which exploded on the crossbar.

The match was busy. The best chances were for the home team, who almost turned the score around in the last minute before the break, after a goal missed by Igor Gomes.
