The French security software publisher is joining forces with two funds to play a role in market consolidation.

Mailinblack thinks bigger. After having built its notoriety with its technologies protecting mailboxes against fraudulent messages, phishing attempts and other spam, the French publisher wants to both diversify its product portfolio and expand its geographical presence in Europe. To give itself the means for its new ambitions, it has just brought two French funds into its capital: Apax Partners and New Alpha Verto, which become majority shareholders ahead of the founder, Damien Neyret. With this operation, the company has more than 50 million euros to carry out its strategy. Mailinblack aims to quadruple its turnover by 2026 to exceed the 40 million euro mark.
