The former IBF super featherweight world champion is taking part in the Balkan tournament which begins on Tuesday. The boxer still hopes to qualify for the next Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
IBF super featherweight world champion for 5 years between November 2016 and November 2021, Maïva Hamadouche is participating in the Balkan tournament, which begins this Tuesday, with Les Bleues.
She will be accompanied by Rim Bennama and Romane Moulai (-50 kg), Wassila Lkhadiri (-52 kg), Caroline Cruveillier (-54 kg), Amina Zidani and Sthelyne Grosy (-57 kg) and Thais Larche (-63 kg).
The 32-year-old Frenchwoman hopes to qualify for the next Paris 2024 Games. She will also participate in the European Championships which will take place next October in Budva.
