Meglia announces a complaint before the PNF against Henriques for abuse of social property

Denis Meglia announced on Tuesday that he was filing a complaint with the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) against the president of the French Olympic committee Brigitte Henriques for abuse of social property. The former president of the CNOSF also asked Brigitte Henriques to resign, which she indicated several times on Tuesday evening that she would not do, while firmly denying having committed the slightest fault.

At the end of the meeting of members of the CNOSF board of directors, Denis Meglia explained the reasons for this filing of a complaint made jointly with the chairman of the Pierre de Coubertin committee, André Leclercq concerning financial anomalies: “I want to know if there is a breach of trust or not. It is the accumulation of facts that means that, at some point, we need to know, and we are two to file a complaint. They happen to be the two oldest, André Leclercq and me. We lodge a complaint with the PNF to find out what is going on. »

In the fall, Brigitte Henriques had filed a complaint against her former secretary general Didier Seminet for “psychological violence”. The latter then filed a complaint for “slanderous denunciation” and “breach of trust”. After these complaintstwo investigations were entrusted to the Brigade for the Suppression of Delinquency against Persons (BRDP).

The general meeting of the CNOSF is scheduled for May 25.
