Mikaela Shiffrin wins giant Are and equals Ingemar Stenmark’s record of 86 wins

It thus equals the legendary record of Swede Ingemar Stenmark, established between 1974 and 1989.
This season, Shiffrin had already equaled and then surpassed compatriot Lindsey Vonn’s women’s record of 82 wins. This giant from Are is his 12th victory of the winter, which also allows him to win the specialty globe.
