The Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) Istanbul 2nd Region Deputy Candidate Ahmet Batur shared on his Twitter account that he and his wife did not vote for the TKP from the ballot box. Batur said, “An erroneous report was sent to the YSK.”

Routine objection processes continue against the decisions and minutes of ballot box committees regarding the Presidential and 28th Term Parliamentary Elections held on 14 May.
The Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) Istanbul 2nd Region Deputy Candidate Ahmet Batur made a striking statement on his Twitter account about the minutes of the ballot box he voted for.
TKP’s candidate, Ahmet Batur, said that he and his wife did not vote for his party in the ballot box.
“WRONG MINUTES SENT TO YSK”
Ahmet Batur stated the following in his social media account:
* “I am a candidate for the TKP deputy. My wife and I voted in the same ballot box. Today I thought I’d look at the website of vote and beyond. Suddenly what do I see. I couldn’t vote for my own party, okay!
* I asked the witnesses. There is nothing wrong with the minutes given to us. But an erroneous report was sent to the YSK.”
