DECRYPTION – The aircraft manufacturer is doubling the level of its hiring in order to cope with record orders.
In order to meet strong demand, the French aeronautics sector is hiring mive numbers. Some 25,000 hires, including 18,000 on permanent contracts and 7000 in work-study or apprenticeshipare scheduled for 2023, according to the Grouping of French Aeronautical and Space Industries (Gifas).
In this context, Dault Aviation* plans to recruit a thousand people in 2023. This represents a doubling of hires compared to an average of 500 hires, usually , notes Valérie Guillemet, HRD of the French aircraft manufacturer. In addition, there is also the reception of 150 apprentices for whom the training provided in the field is a path to employment.
Dault Aviation is strengthening its workforce after a record year in 2022 in terms of order intake (92 Rafale combat aircraft; 64 Falcon business jets).
