This has triggered a series of discussions on social media platforms regarding the well-being of the Russian Prime Minister. However, no official statement has been made by the Russian government regarding this matter. Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, added fuel to the fire with a pithy poser on X (formerly Twitter): “What’s going on?
