The Stade de Reims formalized on Friday the arrival for three seasons and an optional 4th of the 29-year-old Franco-Maltese midfielder Teddy Teuma, from Union Saint-Gilloise (Belgian D1) of which he was the captain.
Born in Toulon, Teuma is 23 years old and works as a delivery driver in his father’s business, an artisan butcher, when he moves from Hyères (National 2) to Boulogne-sur-Mer (National) in 2015. Teuma has 31 selections with Malta, of which he has been one of the senior players since his first cap in September 2020. In Champagne, the midfielder will discover Ligue 1 for the first time.
