Roger Schmidt after Benfica’s qualification: “A big success for the club”
Roger Schmidt (Benfica coach, winner of Club Brugge 5-1): ” We are very happy. We played from the start without trying to defend the 2-0 first leg. We have shown that we want to play forward and score goals. We are among the last eight teams in this competition, so it’s a big achievement for the club and for my players. Goncalo (Ramos) is back in top form. Of course, he scores a lot of goals. But he is above all a very complete player.
