“At the meeting, the board of directors of PJSC Novatek recommended the annual general meeting of shareholders to approve the payment of dividends based on the results of 2022. The annual general meeting of shareholders is scheduled for April 21. “The list of persons entitled to receive dividends is recommended to be drawn up by May 3, 2023,” the company said.
