Striking claim: Wagner leader suggested telling Ukraine where Russian soldiers were

It was alleged that Yevgeni Prigozin, the leader of the Russian mercenary army Wagner, who was not on the agenda with his harsh criticisms of the Kremlin, offered to tell Ukraine the location of the Russian soldiers.

The Washington Post newspaper wrote that Prigozin made an unusual offer to Ukraine in January, according to US intelligence documents leaked to the Discord site. It was claimed that Prigozin, who made fun of the Russian Ministry of Defense’s statement that “the soldiers in Bahmut are regrouping and deployed” by saying “They fled”, offered to Kiev “If the Ukrainian army withdraws from Bahmut, we can tell you where the Russian soldiers are”.

The leaked documents did not include details about which military areas the Wagner leader was talking about. It was stated that Ukraine rejected the offer because it did not trust Prigozin, while the White House left questions about the news unanswered.

As the clashes intensified in the Ukrainian city of Bahmut, Yevgeni Prigozin said last week that if the necessary ammunition from the Russian army was not given to them, they would withdraw their fighters from Bahmut, where they clashed with the Ukrainian soldiers.

Noting that the Russian army has enough ammunition in its arsenals, Prigozin said, “The current situation brings the end of Wagner. The Wagner company will soon cease to exist. We will be history,” he said.

Prigozin was on the agenda with the video of the fighters, which he stated that they had been killed because they were not supplied with ammunition, and shouting to the Russian Defense Minister and Chief of General Staff, asking where the ammunition was.
