The "handrail" against Quatennens embarrasses LFI

ANALYSIS – The wife of MP LFI would have denounced “several episodes of violence” but would not want more “legal consequences”.

Adrien Quatennens was not present on Thursday evening at Place Roger-Salengro in Montpellier. The national coordinator of LFI was however announced as a star on the poster for the public meeting of Nathalie Oziol, the Insoumise MP for the constituency. The elected representative of the North preferred to cancel his participation after the revelations on Tuesday of the chained duckabout the "handrail" filed on September 7 by his wife. The latter would have, according to BFMTV, denounced “several episodes of violence” after telling him of his intention to divorce. Contacted by Le Figaro, the Lille prosecutor's office refused to indicate whether the prosecutor was going to take up the facts. The couple immediately demanded respect for their "private life"while affirming that Céline Quatennens did not wish either "legal action"nor that these “information is found in the press”. In vain. Known to all, these revelations now embarrass the Insoumise house. The Member of Parliament is indeed often considered the "right arm"
