The lucky winner is called Jameel Alexander Thermiotis. This financier of Greek origin married the daughter of the King of Jordan Abdullah II, Princess Iman, during a ceremony at the royal palace near the capital Amman.

State television broadcast the wedding ceremony between the princess, born in 1996, and Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, in the presence of the king, Queen Rania and other members of the royal family, as well as the groom’s family .

Princess Iman, a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, is the eldest daughter of Jordan’s royal couple and second in line to the throne, after Prince Hussein bin Abdallah II.

Her husband, born in 1994 in Venezuela into a family of Greek origin, holds a position as a financier in New York.

The Palace announced the couple’s engagement in July.
