The Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 11 drones over Crimea


Early in the morning of September 14, 11 drones were shot down over Crimea. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The Kyiv attack was stopped at about 05:30 Moscow time. Air defense systems destroyed 11 drones over the territory of the peninsula.

Earlier today, traffic was temporarily closed on the Crimean Bridge. The reasons were not specified. Movement along the crossing is periodically suspended due to attempts to attack Crimea.

The Crimean Bridge was temporarily closed on the night of September 13. Traffic on it was restored after about 45 minutes. Later, the Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of September 13, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 10 cruise missiles at Sevastopol, seven of them were shot down by air defense. As a result of the missile hits, two ships undergoing repairs were damaged. Both vessels will be restored and will continue to serve in combat, the department said.

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev reported that a fire broke out at the southern site of the Sevastopol Marine Plant due to a missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to him, the enterprise was shelled at about 03:20 Moscow time. As a result, 24 people were injured, four of them are in moderate condition.

In Crimea and Sevastopol, the “yellow” (high) level of terrorist threat is in effect indefinitely. In addition, since October 19, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been established in the regions.
