These leaders who mobilize against precariousness
The Collective of companies for a more inclusive economy brings together major French groups.
It all started with a discussion over coffee between two men, in the midst of the “yellow vests” crisis: Emmanuel Faber, then CEO of Danone, and Thomas Buberl, CEO of Axa. The first had been invited by the second for a conference. They then talked about the situation in the country. “To solve the problem, everyone was looking to the government. We both believed that companies could make a contribution in terms of youth employment and the fight against precariousness.“says Thomas Buberl. He and Emmanuel Faber then undertook to convince a dozen large groups to act: the Collective of companies for a more inclusive economy was born.
