Third consecutive loss for the Boston Celtics, beaten in Cleveland
The Sacramento Kings’ defeat against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday (134-138) has already been forgotten in California: Kevin Huerter’s teammates (25 points) easily dominated the New Orleans Pelicans (123-108). Domantas Sabonis signed a triple double (19 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists). The Kings remain 3rd in the Western Conference.
In the East, the Miami Heat won for the second time in three days against the Atlanta Hawks, a direct competitor in the race for the play-offs (130-128). Trae Young’s teammates (25 points, 7 assists) were up to 15 points ahead, but lost track. Jimmy Butler (26 points, 9 assists, 9 rebounds), Victor Oladipo (22 points) and Caleb Martin (21) allowed Floridians to take the lead and consolidate 7th place in the conference ahead of their opponent of the day.
