Fiorentina will challenge West Ham this Wednesday evening, in the final of the Europa League Conference, in Prague.

Three people were injured in a fight between Fiorentina and West Ham supporters on Wednesday before the Europa League Conference final in Prague, Czech police said, reporting 16 arrests. “Italian supporters attacked those of West Ham in a bar (…) and injured three. A police officer was also aulted“, she explained on Twitter.

She added that 16 people had been arrested, accompanying her message with a photo showing supporters sitting in a store with their hands tied behind their backs. The spokeswoman for the Prague emergency services, Jana Postova, told AFP that the injured had been slightly affected. “Two people were treated at the scene and another was admitted to hospital with a minor head injury“, did she say.

Several hundred police were deployed in the city to prevent the clashes between supporters which had marred the two semi-final matches between West Ham and the Dutch club Alkmaar.
