Two medal chances for the Blues on Saturday at the Racice world championships

Claire Bové and Laura Tarantola did not seem very bloody during the semi-finals of the lightweight double sculls at the Racice (RTC) world championships. The Olympic vice champions were clearly dominated by the Americans Reckford and Sechser, while the Britons Craig and Grant flew over the other race. Saturday's final promises to be difficult especially as, behind, the Irish crew can create a surprise.

There will also be Irish in the men's double PL final. Olympic champions McCarthy and O'Donovan will be big favorites for the event. For their first world final, Hugo Beurey and Ferdinand Ludwig should rank between third and fifth place.

The races will be followed on Saturday on the L'Équipe channel from 12:30 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. and Sunday on the "live" of the L'Équipe newspaper site from 11:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
