COUNTERPOINT – Clément Beaune’s bet is that by making an impact today, he will be a pioneer tomorrow.

By saying he is in favor of the legalization of surrogacy, has Clément Beaune broken a political taboo or is he trying to prepare minds on the ideological level? The Minister of Transport has always defended a progressive line.
