Atlético Madrid supporters on Sunday uttered racist insults against Vinicius Jr, the Brazilian striker of Real, already at the center of a similar controversy last week. Dozens of Red and White fans chanted the insults outside the Metropolitano stadium ahead of the capital derby between Atletico and Real, according to footage broadcast by Cope radio on social media. A week ago, the 22-year-old Brazilian got into an argument with Mallorca players after celebrating his goal with a dance. On Friday, Atlético captain Koke warned on Movistar: “If he (Vinicius) scores (this Sunday evening) and decides to dance, (...) there will be a row, that's for sure".
