CHRONICLE – The green industry law provides in particular for the creation of a “future climate savings plan”. Except that multiplying the good intentions, the devices may never reach their targets.

Presented last Tuesday in the Council of Ministers, green industry law can only arouse enthusiasm. Here is a text that aims to solve a good part of the French difficulties in a few measures: deindustrialization, energetic transition, technological delays, territorial inequalities, downgrading of the middle cles, democratic disaffection… The parliamentarians will only be able to sign with both hands.

The bill notably provides for the creation of afuture climate savings planfor young people. This booklet can be opened by parents from the birth of a child. Benefiting from significant tax advantages and attractive remuneration, the savings thus collected from surrounding adults will be channeled towards the financing of green projects, that is to say, low carbon consumers. In short, the ideal instrument to prepare under better auspices the financing of children’s studies!
