DECRYPTION – The executive multiplies the announcements with regard to a category of the population with complex contours.

One theme drives out another. This is at least what the president hopes for by betting, to get out of the difficult sequence of retirements, on an offensive aimed at the “middle cles”. The seduction operation has been going on for several weeks now – Emmanuel Macron promising them again last Monday evening, on the set of TF1, 2 billion tax cuts by 2027.
